Inter RAO – Export LLC obtained the international quality management standard for power engineering
Inter RAO – Export LLC successfully passed the audit for compliance of the company's quality management system with the requirements of the international standard ISO 9001:2015. The validity term of the respective certificate issued by the Russian subsidiary of TÜV Thüringen e.V. (Germany) is three years.
The document confirms the high-level organization of the company's activity in the specific sector, namely, management of general contract projects for the construction of power facilities abroad. In 2014, the company received its first similar certificate confirming the compliance with the earlier standard ISO 9001:2008, which was extended on an annual basis following the recertification audit. The fundamental differences of the new standard ISO 9001:2015 include the accentuated requirements for risk management, the leadership role of company managers, knowledge management in the company.
ISO 9001:2015 standard developed by the International Organization for Standardization sets out the requirements for the management activity of the company regarding the lean management of corporate resources, monitoring of service processes and continuous improvement of service quality.
